Application scenarios
The glue-encapsulated valve core is suitable for installation on various soft sealed gate valves. The most common types of valves are: ball valves, shut-off valves, gate valves, check valves, sewage valves, etc. The application fields of glue-encapsulated valve cores are mostly related to their supporting valves, among which the use of valves in the machinery, metallurgy, petrochemical, chemical, urban construction and other industries is closely related to glue-encapsulated valve cores.
The glue-encapsulated valve core plays an important role in opening and closing pipelines, controlling flow direction, regulating and controlling the parameters (temperature, pressure and flow) of the conveying medium. As a control component in the fluid delivery system, the glued valve core has functions such as cutting off, adjusting, directing flow, preventing countercurrent, stabilizing pressure, shunting or overflow pressure relief. It is suitable for a variety of valves used in fluid control systems, from the simplest shut-off valves to the various valves used in extremely complex automatic control systems, and the types and designs of the glued valve cores are quite diverse.
As an object in the valve that is in direct contact with the medium it controls, the glue valve core is in direct contact with various types of fluids such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, mud, oil, liquid metal and radioactive media. Depending on the type of contact medium, the corresponding glue-covered valve core material also needs to have good physical and chemical properties. For example, the glued valve core that is in direct contact with air, water, and steam needs to have good water wading and anti-aging properties, and the valve core that is in contact with corrosive media and oil medium needs to have good oil stain resistance and acid and alkali resistance.
